A Level & IGCSE Results Open Doors to Cambridge, Other Top Unis

We are very proud to celebrate the superb achievement of our students for this year’s A Level and IGCSE results.

There was an especially uncertain lead-up to the results announcements this year due to cancelled exams and considerable changes to marking, but the incredible outcome is testament to our students’ hard work and resilience and the encouraging, supportive environment ever-present in each Dulwich College International school.

All Year 12 and 13 students at our Dulwich International High Schools in Suzhou and Zhuhai prepare for A-Level examinations, which are then taken at the end of Year 13. Building on our strong academic track record, our High School students have once again performed exceptionally well with 59% of grades at A*-A and 81% at A*-B.

Their exceptional performance has paved the way for their entry into leading universities around the world, including The University of Cambridge, University College London, McGill University, London School of Economics, King’s College London, Imperial College London, Berklee College of Music, Rhode Island School of Design, Emory University, New York University, the University of Tokyo, and University of California, Los Angeles.

Students at our Dulwich Colleges in Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul and Suzhou, as well as in our High Schools in Zhuhai and Suzhou follow the two-year IGCSE curriculum in Years 10-11, and we recently received the results from the 2019-20 IGCSE exam series:

70% of DCI grades were A*-A and 88% were at A*-B.

These outstanding results set up each of our students for incredible success as they move into their final two years of Senior School and undertake the IB in our Colleges and A Levels in our High Schools.
