The network effect: March events at Dulwich College International schools

March brings another round of world-renowned artists to our family of schools, as part of Dulwich College International’s Diversity series.

Aaron Blaise is an Oscar-nominated animator and director who worked for 21 years at Walt Disney Feature Animation on some of the most beloved animated films of all time, such as The Lion King, Mulan, Aladdin and Pocahontas. He will conduct workshops and share his artistic expertise with both students and staff.

Aaron Blaise began his tour on 5 March at Dulwich College Beijing, and will end on 26 March at Dulwich College Seoul.

The Frantic Assembly group is one of the most studied theatre companies working today, and have provided movement direction on the award-winning National Theatre of Great Britain production The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (West End, Broadway, UK & Ireland Tour, US tour) as well as movement direction on the BAFTA nominated British/American TV series Humans (AMC, Channel 4 & Kudos). They will engage our students with their energetic and uncompromising physical theatre.

The Frantic Assembly group began their tour on 5 March at Dulwich International High School Zhuhai, will end on 11 April at Dulwich College Seoul.

The University of Auckland Dance Group comprises students from the Dance Studies Programme at the University of Auckland. The programme is an internationally recognised centre for dance research and practice, with a focus on the arts and community development. They will bring a diverse range of dancers including international hip-hop champions and Pacific dance experts to train our students.

The UoA Dance Group group began working with our schools last November, and will visit Dulwich College Yangon, Dulwich College in Singapore and Dulwich International High School Zhuhai this month.
