DCI Celebrates Outstanding 2024 IB Results: A Triumph of Excellence
Congratulations to the Class of 2024 for their outstanding IB results! The release of the International Baccalaureate (IB) results has brought immense pride and joy to our entire Dulwich College International community. This year's impressive results are a testament to the dedication and hard work of our remarkable students, and also our teachers, mentors, and parents. Our students have not only met but surpassed expectations, achieving excellence across the board, and we wish them the best as they embark on a new chapter of their lives.
The Dulwich College International 2024 IB results are truly exceptional, with 290 candidates achieving an impressive 98.6% diploma pass rate. The cohort's average score stands at 36.9, significantly surpassing the global average of 30.3. Among our high achievers, 181 students (62%) scored 36 points or more, 99 students (34%) achieved 40 points or more, and 5 students attained the perfect score of 45 points. Excellence in language proficiency is also evident, with 30 students earning the top score of 7 in Mandarin. Furthermore, the richness and diversity of linguistic ability across our college communities is highlighted by the 83 bilingual diplomas awarded.
